「Booking.com」経由の不審なメッセージについて

平素より舞浜ビューホテル by HULICをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

この度、宿泊予約サイト「Booking.com」経由で当ホテルをご予約された一部のお客様に対し、
外部サイトへ誘導する不審なメッセージが送信されている事象を確認いたしました。

当ホテルからはWhatsApp（メッセージアプリ）を通じて、「予約内容の一部が不足している」
「24時間以内に情報を更新しない場合予約が自動的にキャンセルされる」など宿泊予約内容についてのご連絡は、一切ございません。
万が一、このような不審なメッセージを受信された場合は、記載されたリンクにはアクセスしないようお願い申し上げます。

本件につきましては、現在「Booking.com」に対して状況確認および調査を依頼しております。
また、当ホテルでは必要なセキュリティ対策を実施しております。

お客様には多大なるご心配をおかけしておりますが、何卒、不審なメッセージには十分ご注意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

We have recently confirmed that some guests who booked our hotel through the accommodation reservation site "Booking.com" have received
suspicious messages directing them to external websites.

Our hotel will never contact you regarding your reservation details via WhatsApp (messaging app).
If you receive such a suspicious message, please do not access the link provided.

We are currently requesting Booking.com to investigate this matter.
We have also implemented all necessary security measures at our hotel.

We sincerely apologize for any concern this may cause, and we ask that you please be extremely careful of suspicious messages.
