「Booking.com」経由の不審なメッセージについて

日頃よりビューホテルズをご愛顧いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、宿泊予約サイト「Booking.com」経由で当ホテルをご予約された一部のお客様に対し外部サイトへ誘導する不審なメッセージが送信されている事象を確認いたしました。

当ホテルからはWhatsApp（メッセージアプリ）やSNS・メールを通じて、「予約内容の一部が不足している」「24時間以内に情報を更新しない場合予約が自動的にキャンセルされる」など宿泊予約内容についてのご連絡は、一切ございません。
万が一、このような不審なメッセージを受信された場合は、記載されたリンクにはアクセスしないようお願い申し上げます。

本件につきましては、現在「Booking.com」に対して状況確認および調査を依頼しております。
また、当ホテルでは必要なセキュリティ対策を実施しております。

We have recently confirmed that some guests who booked our hotel through the accommodation reservation site "Booking.com" have been sent suspicious messages directing them to external websites.

Our hotel will never contact you via WhatsApp (messaging app), social media, or email regarding your reservation details, such as "some information is missing" or "your reservation will be automatically canceled if you do not update your information within 24 hours."

If you receive such a suspicious message, please do not access the link provided.
Regarding this matter, we have requested Booking.com to confirm the situation and conduct an investigation.

Furthermore, our hotel has implemented all necessary security measures.

We sincerely apologize for the considerable concern this has caused our guests, and we kindly ask that you exercise caution regarding any suspicious messages.
