The restaurant derives its name from the royal "Chinese crimson", a color which is said to appeal to the appetite. The menu offers traditional Cantonese cuisine, a selection of dim-sum which are our chef's pride, and a variety of Chinese small-course meals based on a new style of Chinese cooking known as Nouvelle Chinois. On Tuesdays and Fridays, a sophisticated dim-sum buffet is also offered.
