| What is the charge for cancelling a reservation? |

| A fee of 20% of the amount of your stay is charged for cancellations one day prior. For cancellations on the day of your reservation, an 80% charge will apply. Cancellations made without notification will be considered a "no-show", and you will be charged 100% of the amount of your stay. |
| Can we arrange for early check-in or late check-out? |
